Kindermusik Downloads
We know that music can impact a young child in profound ways and set a child up for early (and ongoing!) academic success. We also know children learn best through repetition, which is why enrollment in a Kindermusik class has always included materials for families to use together at home.

Student Policies
My child is sick, should I attend class? And other Wellness Policies.
Please be considerate of other children when deciding whether or not your child is healthy enough to attend class. Ask yourself this important question: if your child is healthy, would you want him/her to play with another child that has your child’s symptoms? If the answer is no, please do not bring him/her to class. If your child exhibits any of the symptoms listed below, please be advised that in the interest of safety for all children and adults present, we will ask you to leave and make up the class at a better time. Please follow these guidelines and if you or your child has any of these symptoms, please do not attend class:
- Fever within the last 24 hours
- Runny nose with yellow or green mucus
- Diarrhea
- Vomiting
- Sore throat or difficulty swallowing
- Lice
- Rash or spots on skin
- Ringworm infection
- Severe itching
- Eye discharge
- Significant tiredness
- Uncontrolled coughing
- Difficulty breathing
What are your policies for Covid-19?
Here are our current MLC Covid Protocols. All CDC and local Public Health rules will be followed. Here is a summary of some of the more applicable rules.
- All teachers and staff are vaccinated.
- Each class will have a maximum of 6-7 students.
- To reduce contact, children will be in a stable cohort.
- All staff will screen for Covid-19 before each class.
- All children must be screened at home prior to each class (looking for symptoms).
- All children (3+yrs) and staff must wear a face covering at all times.
- Hand sanitizer or hand washing must happen at the beginning and end of each class.
- The entire facility will be cleaned and sanitized daily. This includes the use of CDC-approved disinfectant sprays/wipes and a UV light.
- High-touch areas are cleaned regularly throughout the day.
- Windows will be opened to improve air circulation
- Strict attendance records will be kept to aid in contact tracing if needed.
- Our waiting room will be closed and pick up/drop off will be outside.
What are your policies around aggressive or unsafe behaviors in the classroom?
Because certain aggressive behaviors create apprehension for children and consequently ruin the class experience, these behaviors will not be tolerated. Aggressive behavior toward other children or adults will be grounds for dismissal and/or expulsion from class.
Aggressive behaviors include, but are not limited to: throwing objects at others, biting, hitting, kicking, tackling, and scratching. Also included are behaviors that cause damage to the classroom facility or property of My Little Conservatory.
The following actions will be taken if these behaviors occur:
First incident: parent must remove child from that class for a few moments or possibly the remainder of class that day.
Second incident: parent must remove child from that class for the remainder of class that day. Additionally, the child may not attend any classes for a period of no less than two weeks.
Third incident: parent must remove child from that class for the remainder of class that day and child may no longer attend Kindermusik classes for at least 3 months or longer if the behavior is still present.
My Little Conservatory reserves the right for an instructor to ask a parent to remove a child from class at any time or to deny admission to a class due to any of the above-mentioned behaviors.

Tuition & Finance
Why does my tuition amount fluctuate each month?
Kindermusik & Group Class Tuition Information:
The regular tuition is $103 for 4 classes. Our monthly tuition is based on the number of classes your student will receive during any given month. Most months have 4 weeks, but some have 5 or even 3 or 2 (when there is a holiday). With this type of tuition system, you only pay for the weeks we are holding class. We charge less during those shorter months ($77.25 for 3 classes, $51.50 for 2) and more for a 5 week month ($128.75). Please note, our tuition does not change if you miss a class. Instead, we offer unlimited makeups for any class that you miss.
Private Lesson Tuition Information (20m lessons):
20 minute lessons: The regular tuition is $128 for 4 lessons. Our monthly tuition is based on the number of lessons your student will receive during any given month. We charge less during those shorter months ($96 for 3 classes, $64 for 2) and more for a 5 week month ($160). Please note, our tuition does not change if you miss your lesson.
Private Lesson Tuition Information (30m lessons):
30 minute lessons: The regular tuition is $176 for 4 lessons. Our monthly tuition is based on the number of lessons your student will receive during any given month. Class Enrollment
I need to unenroll my child. What do I need to do?
We are sad to hear this!! Please email mylittleconservatory@gmail.com to unenroll your child from our program. The Parent Portal does not have the functionality to allow for unenrolling; please email us. To unenroll for next month, notice needs to be given by the 15th of the month. For example, if you need to unenroll for September, please let us know by August 15th.
How soon should I move my child up to the next level Kindermusik class?
We recommend that you begin looking at the schedule a few months before your child’s birthday. If all of the classes are full, you can join the waiting list for as many classes as you like. Use this link to access the secure Parent Portal. Next, click on the “Register for Classes” button. On this registration page, you can add your child to the waiting lists.
If there are no waiting lists for your desired class, simply email us to change classes. As long as you are within 1-2 months of your child’s birthday, you can move up classes. Please note, that children moving up from Level 2 to 3 do need to wait until after their child’s third birthday to move up. This is because the Level 3 class is unaccompanied and we want to make sure that your child is over the age of 3 and is ready to be in class alone. All other class step-ups can happen 1-2 months before the child’s birthday.
I need to change class times. What do I need to do?
Please email mylittleconservatory@gmail.com to change classes. Please do NOT try to do this on the Parent Portal because the system will think you are adding a second class and it will charge you for an additional registration. We can help you, simply email us.
How do I add my child to a waiting list for another class?
Use this link to access the secure Parent Portal.
Next, click on the “Register for Classes” button.
On this registration page, you can add your child to the waiting lists.
Can I put my class on hold?
Unfortunately, we do not have a “hold” option; families are either enrolled or not. What if you are traveling or missing class for an extended period of time? Most families stay enrolled in their class if they are missing less than 6 weeks and use the missed classes as makeups. Most families that are gone longer than 6 weeks unenroll and join the bottom of the waiting list. Please note that if you unenroll, your seat is not saved for you in the class.
If you are going to miss class and need to mark yourself absent, please follow these steps:
Please use this link to access the secure Parent Portal.
Once on the Portal, go to the “Attendance” Button.
If you need to unenroll, please email us at mylittleconservatory@gmail.com.
